A Platinum account includes everything from the Gold tier, plus personalized support from a member of the Kaplan team.
With a Platinum account, you can:

A team member can help you create tiered approval levels within your Platinum account. This means you can assign specific individuals within your organization the task of creating, updating, and approving orders before they are complete. For example, you can give all teachers access to create orders. You can give center directors access to approve orders. You can set yourself up as the final “reviewer” before paying for an order.
This allows everyone within your organization to play a part in the purchasing process – instead of all the work falling on you.
With a myKaplan Platinum account, you can add multiple shipping addresses to your account. You have the option of asking a Kaplan team member to update those addresses for you, or they can give you access to do that yourself.
